Battre en crème le beurre et le sucre et ajouter les oeufs un à un.&lt;br /&gt;2.           Tamiser ensemble la farine, le cacao, la levure chimique et le sel.&lt;br /&gt;3.           Ajouter au mélange précédent.&lt;br /&gt;4.           Incorporer les amandes et le chocolat.&lt;br /&gt;5.           Façonner 2 rouleaux de 5 cm x 25 cm (2 po x 10 po).&lt;br /&gt;6.           Déposer sur une plaque tapissée de papier sulfurisé, en espaçant les rouleaux de 10 cm (4 po).&lt;br /&gt;7.           Cuire dans le haut du four préchauffé à 180°C (350°F), 25 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;8.           Réduire la température du four à 150°C (300°F).&lt;br /&gt;9.           Couper les rouleaux sur le biais en biscotti de 21 cm (1/2 po) d'épaisseur.&lt;br /&gt;10.       Déposer sur 2 plaques à biscuits et poursuivre la cuisson 8 minutes de chaque côté.&lt;br /&gt;11.
